why do we expect our partners to be like us..???

You can not expect our partner to be like us. If it will happen, it is just creating our own image in our partners personality. We are different and unique in our own way. If you decide to have someone to be with, expect that he or she will not have the same attitude and behaviour like yours. Always remember that you together can go along way if you understand each other and support each weaknesses and support each strength. Just enjoy each others company and laugh with each others mistake. Grow together, live together and support each other.

yes it is just meaningless in expecting our partner to be like us because every people has different views and ideas and that should not force on others.but we should adjust with others if any differences are there between each other.we should share each others feelings and agree with each others opinions and should live life happily . we should treat others the way you want to be treated.

I would never want my partner or girlfriend to be like me. That would lose the fun. I'm attracted to my partner because she is different from me. There's no excitement if we think and act the same. It would be boring, lol.

it is rare that two people of same tastes marry each other, often all couples have different from each other character's, if not it will sure monotonus. Well i don't want that my partner be like me, however all i want is that my partner understands me and my feelings.

Ofcourse one cannot rule another in a relationship.because they are tender and are meant to be looked and cared after.In todays world whats more bad is not the heart break, not the hurt but its that no one, absolutely no one cares for us.Its important for relationships to bind, to have same chemistry, A bit likingness to be equal.But at this same time we also need to care and understand for others feelings, we cannot force someone to be clutched in our traps for whole life or behave as we say.we are making relations and not business.

yes you are right, we just cant expect our partner to be like us and it always happens that we find partners which is opposite to our thoughts and we just cant deny this and life is all about compromise and we need to do it to have a peacefull and happy life and morever i believe opposite poles attract and hence the result. and morever there will be no thrill in life everything remains the same and life is all with ups and downs and we need to go forward with it.
