Well, if the show doesn't require me to be away from my daughter for a long period of time... and if it seems fun... i think i will join... it is nice to join in the reality series bandwagon... but i don't like if if they would only choose those people who would look good in a bikini... since i think there is a certain bias in the process...

nice photo of the old house.this show i am talking about has every size and shape on it,its more of you are given 3 hundred pounds and you go to the antique fairs and buy 3 items and then they are sold at auction and the team that makes the most money wins,so i don,t think we need our bikini, lol.cheers sue

I have seen that show Sue. It's on daytime TV and so I don't tend to watch it much as I don't like to have the TV on during the day. No, I don't think that I would want to appear on one of those shows. I'd be frightened of making myself appear a bigger twerp than I am already. I'll content myself with appearing daily here. The rewards are larger too. I get kissed and cuddled here. I don't see that happening on Bargain Hunt! LOL.

Well, over all there are a lot of Shows that do not really fit me that I would consider to be Reality TV, but then there are others that really impress me, and I wish I could be one of the Lucky ones chosen for sure. Especially with shows like "Extreme Makeover". If I had a home I would Love to be one chosen for sure.
But even with some of the ones I would never be on, there can be lessons learned from some of them so that is why a lot of them draw such big audiences at times as well.

I watch a lot of reality shows & really like most of them. I don't think that I would ever apply to be on one though. The shows that I would like to be on are Wheel of Fortune & The Price is Right. But though I am usually very good at home playing I would probably be a total boob on the show! lol

They do say that everyone has at least 15 minutes of fame in their life time although I am not sure I'd want that fifteen minutes in front of millions on tv, whether it's a reality show or quiz show, I don't think I have got the bottle, confidence or self esteem! Sure I would love to win the money, but knowing me I'd have an attack of the nerves or the question to win the money would be about sport LOL! The other side of me says go for it, you only get one shot at life! The more you do the more you enjoy life. So let me know when you're on the box oh and when you are and you are famous I can say hey, I knew you from Mylot and ask for an autograph ;0)

No... I most certainly would not.
Who in its right mind would want to expose their private life for everyone to see... so that they can be judge by a bunch of morons.
I saw what people did with the contestants of Australian Idol and that was enough to put me off every reality show.

yes i know what your saying about australian idol.my daughters best friend was in the final 12, 2 years ago.the poor kid was in a daze most of the time, because he was instantly famous,it was a bit too much for him to handle, especially the lack of privacy.cheers sue
