Do you read phone's manual first?

When you have a new mobile phone, do you read the manual before using your phone or do you go right ahead and use the phone immediately and try to figure out its use and features while using it? I seldom read phone manuals. I do so only when there are certain features that I really could not figure out. How about you, do you read before you use?

as for me, whenever i want to buy a new phone, i search about it and i ask my friends how it is and if its worth the money im about to spend.. so by the time that i've bought the new phone i pretty much have the basics down.. i browse through the basic functions and get the feel of it and then i'd read the manual and see the other functions and menus that the phone has.. i basically read just to be sure of what i need to do to take proper care of the phone! =)

I do the same thing, I usually do a lot of researching about a new phone before I actually buy it. Many times I do comparisons of several phone models so by the time I actually buy the phone I have already an idea of its features and functions. An informed shopper is a smart shopper.

I usually never read the manual for anything because I know what I want from the electronic device I am buying before I buy it so I should know how it works. Most phones are self-explanatory and do not require you to read the manual to use it. It is often easier just to play around with your phone than to read the manual. Sometimes the manual is not as clear as it could be, so experience would be a better "manual". Happy mylotting!

Oh yeah, I once encountered a manual (not a phone manual) that was really difficult to understand that I ended up more confused. Good thing I was still able to figure out how to use the particular feature on my own.

I do the same as you. I open the phone and go at it. I start exploring and figuring out things on it. Its fun. I only read the manual if there is absolutely something I can't figure out. Most of the phones are set up about the same anyway.

Yeah i do read the phone's manual eventhough i can find the features on my own. I always want to start "by the book" to prevent damages brought about by mishandling of the phone's use. There are important points in reading the manual first like the proper care and special features of the phone. The warranty guidelines is sometimes printed on the manual which is very important. It's best to read the manual first before operating the phone.

I read the manual first, always, especially when the new phone is more complicated than the one i used before. But then most of the time i learned my phone's features first as i use it before fully understanding the manual. Hello! Good evening!
