refer to your manual. -Are you using an adsl connection? -Are you using a router modem? -Are you using a wireless, router, modem all in one ? -What brand of wireless router you are using ? give us this info the we could help you! : )

Normally the wireless routers are just plug & play nowadays. Be reminded if it's just a wireless router & not a all-in-one unit, you need to have a modem to plug your wireless router into.

Is it a ADSL router, if it is ADSL router then connect the router and configure the IP address and open some browser and in the address bar type "192.168.1.1" and then you can enter the modem home page and then configure the settings. In the local area connection your default gateway should be "192.168.1.1" you even use attain a IP address automatically option also.

hi gauci, i don't really know how it works but our router was with wires and not wireless. try to install it again and try to enable it to make it working then try to refress it again. maybe you just forget some thing that's why its not working.

1) is your account up & running, i mean is it active ? 2) did you assign the IP to your computer ? 3) try pinging the router & see if its running perfectly
