You feel very tired after your work for the whole day especially if your very busy for that day. for me i will take a snap for 30 mins. and after that have some dinner. how about you? do you do the same or you have a different way to relax after work?

Hi.. It is often and natural we feel drained and tired, after a long day's work. Working on any task for about five hours or more reduces a person's energy and vitality. For me besides i took a rest at least 15 min, i also take natural supplement to keep myself energy and vitality. Having a shower and taking a good rest are the best thing to do for me to wipe away my tired after work. A good dinner is helpful too, but I would better like chocolate. But in a world, sleep is best for me to relax, even there is nothing that I can gain.

After a tiresome work,I like to have a long bath and then sit aloof watching some comedy in tv or listening to some mild songs. Then I am refreshed and start to act brisk.Just 30 minutes time to relax that way is the secret of keeping myself away from tiredness.Cheers!

Hi,
In China, they are having a "Quick Nap" session after Lunch,in offices.
We in India, meditate before going to bed.
Relax the 'mind', try to recapitulate the day...& say(self-talk)-"2morrow is a NEw day,new opportunity!''
U may try,too...

After a tiring day at work, I take a long hot bath and that really relaxes me. I also turn on the feet massager and it works wonders. I then have dinner and go to bed. If I am really zoned out, I hit the bed as soon as I come home and forget the world lol. I might wake up sometime in the middle of the night or the next morning. Have a nice day!

I keep peppermint essential oil. I like to just take a good long whiff of it when I'm tired. I also make a salve with peppermint essential oil in it that I rub into my feet. You'd be surprised how relaxed, but revived you'll feel almost immediately.

Yes. I think you're right because 30mins nap would be enough that could make your tiredness gone. Before, what I did I just drink two bottles of my favorite beverage, really chilled one, and that was enough. Nowadays, since we have more energy drinks I would just drink one and it would be enough to relieve my tiredness and back again to what I do. I am not used of sleeping in the middle of the day especially if I would have many things to be done....cheers
