for me if my money is enough to buy the three i will buy it because its very delicious and yummy as if you will forget your diet. but sometimes i can only afford to buy 1 kind, for example the tempura i have to eat 5pcs in order to satisfy me and the other day 1 stick of kwek kwek and the next next day also i have the shiomai. how bout you which one you like to eat most? how many pcs of each everyday are you going to eat?

NaomiErin introduced me to the pleasures of japanese siomai when i visited her and eversince i crave the taste of it.. Everytime we buy i request for the chili garlic mix. Lots of sweat ensues while we eat hahaha! But it's so addicting! Btw i'm somewhat new here, pls add me up?

If I don't have to watch my weight, I'll eat all of it, specially if they are made with the light, non-greasy and ohhhh so crunchy batter. I'm not that wild about kwek kwek but with the perfect sweet and sour chilli vinegar, it can be a little bite of heaven. I love my shiomai steamed though.

shrimp tempura among others - japanese food
I don't eat siomai neither am fond of kwek kwek but I love tempura and my favorite one is shrimp tempura. Incidentally we are going out for dinner tonight and we would be eating in a Japanese restaurant and surely I won't miss having a plate of fish tempura.

What a nice topic because just yesterday afternoon I just eaten 6pcs of shiomai. I don't like much tempura and kwik-kwik. I could consume shiomai even 12pcs if I would really want to but because I am now conscious of eating too much pork I would just limit my intake of it. The most would be 6pcs which I did yesterday....Thanks

I'd love to get some ebi (shrimp) tempura for lunch or dinner.. If it's just a snack, kwek-kwek would be good enough (with sweet and sour sauce). I'm not a big siomai eater, but that's okay too.

I was a Tempura addict back in college. I can eat as much as a pack of tempura. My money just goes to buying tempura before going home. I never had and tried kwek kwek yet but i'm pretty sure it won't become my favorite. Siomai is equally good as tempura but i think they're more expensive right? But if they have the same price then i would choose both! Siomai and Tempura! Yummy!

I absolutely love shiomai!everytime I eat at mandarin tea garden i prefer siomai than any other foods, because siomai at mandarin is great and taste wonderful. Second to siomai is kwek kwek, it is very delicious. I don't much like tempura.

The only dish that I know about would be tempura so I would have to say I would go for that one.

I love japanese siomai! I can eat around 8 pcs. of it a day. ^_^ Sometimes if we don't like the food in the house, we usually have siomai as our "ulam" (viand). It's very affordable. When I was in college, 3 pcs of pork siomai was only 10 pesos. Very cheap! ^_^

Okay, that's like choosing between Japanese, Filipino or Chinese snack right?? Hard to tell. I'd like all three and eat them at the same time, but I think they don't complement each other when served together. So assuming I have all the money in the world to buy the three in satisfying quantities, I would say I'd plan to have Kwek kwek with lots of vinegar in the morning (I know my stomach well, it doesnt get easily upset even if it's vinegar for breakfast but it has to be apple cider), tempura with rice for lunch, and siomai for meryenda (afternoon snack, for those who don't understand filipino),,, that's it. done!
