In the beginning I was hesitant about shopping online, but I was just thinking about how many things I do now online. I buy things like household items, books, music, movies. I also have started paying quite a few of my small bills online like book clubs, telephone and internet, and even my insurance sometimes. If you have ever been uncomfortable with the idea of transacting business online have you changed your mind?

I am very particular when it comes to shopping on line, it took me a long time to just dip my toe in the water, I was so worried about giving my security details online, you hear of so many horror stories don't you of fraud, identity theft. But needless to stay I feel much confident now. Although I limit the things I do buy, food and clothes for example is a big no no for me. I think the only things I buy regularly on line are cds, dvds, jigsaws (my mum loves them) and I have even bought an Ipod online but other than that I am not that adventurous to be honest.

I will look up the store locations but I still go to the stiore to buy things. I like to show at the store. I like ti feel the item before I buy it. But I can see buying something that isn't in stores. like a rare film or book .

i do shop online sometimes, but i prefer to go to the stores myself- get to to see/touch/try the item. i only buy stuff online if the things that i want is not available where i live, or if it is, it's cheaper to get it online. i also enjoy browsing through the catalogues online

Until I did it I did have some anxiety about shopping online. Now I LOVE IT!!!! It is fun, easy, fast, and you can do it any time of the day or night. I think I had anxiety because I didn't understand it at first. Now, it is just second nature and have had no problems at all. I would rather shop online than go down to any of the stores I frequent. I go to HSN and/or QVC first before I even think about going out physically to a store anymore.

In my mind, shopping online is a popular thing that everyone should have a try!It can save you a lot of time of walking on the road and crushing on the bus.You don't have to queue up in busy shop.

I shop online all the time. I've started using Ebates.com which gives a percentage of cash back into your paypal account for all your online purchases through them (they include thousands of retailers that I regularly visit anyway!) It's completely changed the way I shop now - sometimes I even find myself in stores saying "I'll wait and buy this online for the additional % off!" This holiday season I ended up getting over $75 just for buying gifts! It was a great present to myself! Feel free to PM me or check out the link in my profile if you're interested in more info!

I am still a bit hesitant on buying online, but I have started just like you. I still wouldn't buy clothing online since I don't really buy it much to begin with but it can be the wrong size and fit and I wouldn't want to risk that. I usually buy all my books online and other art supplies, etc. I've started my banking online too... but still am not that comfortable.

I've bought something online, such as clothes ,jewelry, nutrition and so on.I found that it was convenient and it can save much time for us to do something else. But the problem is that the quality of the products cannot be ensured. So,I think we should be chosenful shopping online.

I too was like you but then all I had to make sure is that my connection is secure and the sites I visit are real. I have bought a couple of things online already, from DVD's to pocketbooks and all. Nice discounts and all, lotsa freebies as well if you find the right item.

I love to shop online! I actually prefer to shop online because it is easier to find good deals. I also make sure to sign up on the websites email list, so I can get free shipping or discount codes. I recently got a awesome deal with car insurance through an online quote. And yesterday I bought some cute baby clothes that are a "web exclusive" so that was pretty neat. I also am a member of Big Crumbs - you can check out my profile for more information. I also have discount codes on my profile.

I try to do almost everything online now. It's almost a inconvience for me when i actually have to go to a mailbox or (gasp) the post office. I have never really been wary of doing things online with well known respected sites. But if I am unfamiliar with a site, I do some research and check it out and make sure that they don't have any bad reviews. Even though I think it's pretty safe, you still have to stay aware and be careful, and if you are the least bit uncomfortable, stick with doing things the old fashioned way.

I used to be terrified to buy things online. Then I found some great deals on ebay and got used to paypal. I am still picky about sites. I have to make sure they are safe, but then I am good to go. I buy all sorts of things online now. Shopping in stores is still what I prefer as it gets me out of the house and Shipping & Handling doesn't matter! LOL But, yes, I did get over my fear and I shop online all the time now.
Happy Mylotting!

I try not to get in the habit of shopping online for fear of getting addicted to it. It all started with Ebay and Amazon. The convenience of shopping as well as paying your bills online just makes life easier for us.
