travelgirl09 I definately prefer to exercise. I did Medifast once and I lost 40 lbs. BUT I love FOOD - and could not make myself eat the Medifast food anymore. Now I try to run/walk on the treadmill 30 minutes a day and exercise to my lovely collection of workout dvds!
