Why do you think its so hard for people to lose weight? Is it the fast food joints fault? Is it all the junk food that is out there? Is it that as a country were just to lazy? What do you think is the reason why people have such a problem doing this? My take is that as a society that resorts to eating on the run and eating out is a main contributor to it. People are so busy that they dont have time to eat healthy so they pull through a drive thru and grab food to go. Than add to it that people just dont like to work out and get out of the house.

I don't know about anyone else but my problem is exercising! I have always been thin until I hurt my back and had to stop working & doing all the things that I loved. I sat around hardly doing anything for over a year & the weight just piled on. I am now doing a bit more exercises, things that won't hurt my back, plus not sitting for so long anymore, I'm also watching what I eat. I'm taking vitamins & supplements too. I also have a thyroid problem so I am taking pills for that. So that was the way I gained weight, it was so easy to put on but it's so very hard to get off.
