I notice ever since I learned how to properly batter and fry catfish I like to eat it more often. Otherwise I used to only eat tuna or salmon once in awhile. So do you like eating fish? And do you honestly think it is brain food?

We don't take fish often; though my husband loves it. We either have steamed fish with ginger and light soya sauce, or cooked in curry or baked fish. I like deep-fried fish (especially tilapia), but I don't cook this at home, as it's really messy. I'm not sure if it's brain food; but it is certainly healthier than beef or pork.

I always eat fish. It is part of my life and there's an abundance of fish in are area as we live near the bay. I like fried, broiled and stewed fish. Fish is good for our health as there are many fishes which are less in fat and cholesterol.

I like tuna and catfish when its fried. We've started to eat Talipia and we like to add stuff to it like rice or pico de gallo, I eat fish when I get sick of chicken and burgers. I know its got some vitamins in it to make you more healthier, maybe they say its brain food because you have to think about eating it.

Hi, ya I like to eat fish and I will eat whenever my family cooks them maybe twice a week. I never count how frequent I eat fish. Fish is good for the brains and eyesight. Sometimes, i will take fish oil which is in capsule form as I don't take enough servings of fish.

I don't really eat it that much. I hardly ever cook it except during the summer when we can be outside. It makes the house smell of grease. So I guess I eat it about twice a month.
