Do online dating sites ever work? Do long distance relationships ever turn out right? How are you able to trust someone you can't see everyday or be close enough to them to judge their character?

Hello Seth_2009! My husband and I met online. We met online 2005 and we got married last year 2008. It's been hard for us. We almost broke up but because of love, we hold and now we're married. We are still long distance because we live in a different country but hopefully we can be together forever this year.

There was one time when I had a chat mate. We talk and chat everyday and I can feeling for each other is slowly changing everyday. I can easily tell him everything and so was he. But then he started to avoid me because he says it will be simple impossible because I'm too far away. Now he's already dating somebody. But I think online love is possible if two people is courageous enough to pursue it.

I would say that online dating has worked in many people I know of, but I would also say that long distance relationships especially online relationships wouldnt turn out to be right when someone is cheating the other like camoflauge of personality or hid your true self from the other. Of course there is always an advantage and disadvantage for every relationship, but there has always been a start of every affair somewhere irregardless if its online or not. The thing is, if there is any sincerity of both sides, one would prove something for another, like meeting in person and the family would certainly mean seriousness of the relationship.
