I don't know exactly how cups of water we should have a day, but consider health issue; we should drink more water as many people recommended me to do so. I like flavor beverage too, but they contains too many sugar, and causes me fat. While water can reduce this problem. We should follow the current, drink more water a day. Consider water as a natural resource, and we should take more natural element to our bodies.

Ya, I always heard that 8 glasses of water a day is the best way to maintain your health in every way. However, i think I hardly take 8 glasses of water a day. There are times when I avoid drinking a lot of water such as when I am in a class of a few hours. Drinking a lot of water will need to go to the washroom very frequently and this may make me miss my lesson in class. The most I take is 6 glasses a day I think.

Water is the best drink you can have during the day. And according to those who knows about health care better than the rest of us, say that 8 glasses of water per day is minimum what you need. I just woke up and felt thirsty, and thought I never drink water these days, and I had a glas of water. I found, nice, this taste good. I need to drink more water during a day. However, There are some things to consider, do not overdo it, it might be unhealthy for your kidney, you might have to use the bathroom to much. You should only drink the need your body tell you it has.
Drink water when You are thirsty, nothing els. That keeps your health.

Yes, you should drink water at least 8 times a day, that is 8 glases. But for a while, I believe it has been a change of this but, for a while everyone had a bottle (0.5 l) of water in their had all the time. That is not god way to go. I did that and I had to use the bathroom a lot and that is what I mean about our kidneys. It will later on be a problem for you for not be able to hold if you have to. A special when You are older. So, yes, drink a couple of cups of waters per day, that is healty for You, but do not overdo it.

i drink slightly more than 8 cups a day when the weather is hot.
but if it's raining like it is right now for me, i tend to drink less. i guess that's because i'm more hydrated than if the weather is hot and i perspire.

well they say its good for your body as it cleanses it all the water.. and i guess it helps with weight loss because you are not eating .. however they do say that sometimes when you feel hungry you are actually thirsty so you should drink water .. I have been doing it for a long time now and sadly although I'm not over weight my belly is still big so I guess I need exercise as well :) good luck :)

ya its gud to drink 8 glasses of water.....and if u take more than taht i will b harmful in long run..loosing weight is fine ..but loosing health is dangerous...instead if u want to loose weight do for liquid deit with fruit juices..and dont intake water much

hi, drinking cupples of water is good for health and it can also provide the free digestion. by drinking much water it can reduce the heat.drinking of water at morning time is very good for health.
