Some people have more trouble with allergies more than others. I sometimes suffer from allergies, but not that bad if I do. Honey and cinammon is good for a lot of different things. You may want to try a tablespoon of honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinammon daily to keep your allergies at bay. So, you have a hard time swallowing pills. I don't suffer with that problem. I can take vitamins and supplements and usually swallow about six or so at at time.

First, Robitussin has an allergy formula you can take in a liquid. I broke down and took some over the weekennd. I usually manage my allergies with herbal remedies and vitamin C and supplements that contain Quercetin. I also used to get local bee pollen at the health food store. My allergies were so bad at one time I started cutting certain foods out of my diet that I thought made things worse. I have since learned that even though people have allergies to pollen and dander the problem is actually irritants in our environments. I have also learned that when our bodies are out of balance from eating too much starch or sugar or not drinking enough water we have allergy like symptoms. If your tongue is whitish or gray the problem is coming from inside your body. If you have something with refined sugar and you sneeze immediately after that is another sign. If you're stung by an insect and you experience swelling that's an allergic reaction. If your skin reacts from contact with latex... you get the picture. Learning the difference between allergens and irritants can help you effectively manage how your body responds to them. Taking acidophilous periodically can help keep your system balanced and keep those allergy systems in check.
