Aging Wines?

I am interested in what wines you can store and age? I was looking around some wine sites and most wines said "cannot be aged". I am pretty new to the whole wine world and am still trying to learn about all the different grapes. BUT I have a wine rack that I want to fill up, and since I don't drink more than one or two bottles a week I am very interested in wine that ages, maybe even cheaper collectible wines ($20-$50) Thanks for your reply MyLot! :)
