Isnt it a shame that people copy and cheat on review sites?

What gets me is they think they will not get caught. They are probably the ones who cheated in school on tests. I could not do that I would feel so guilty.
When I was in a medical terminology class I was not going so well, the class was held in a lecture hall and there was only a handful of students. We sat far apart, but I know that there was a lot of cheating going on. Some of the students would come in early and write the answers on the desk, some of them would put their books on the floor with a cheat sheet so they could see it. I felt robbed because they got away with the cheating. I even turned them in the instructor said she know they where cheating. I do not think she did anything about it. Now this is college students.

You are right I had 16 people under me on one site and now I only have 14 do you suppose the site kicked two of them off for cheating? I know this site checks things out toughly and has good detectors to catch these things.

My belief is 'Cheaters only Cheat themselves' cheaters never win my friend, sure they will copy and paste others, but haven't they wasted one of life's precious commodities by doing this? and that is TIME! They've wasted time and effort to actually find something to copy and then set it all up, they must know they will be caught out! They will never get away with it and it's a pointless exercise, as to why they continue to do it, well some people are just plain stupid! They don't realize that even if they do get the credit for it in the way of money, it will be taken back from them and they will be pointed out as 'cheaters'

Well, personally it only ends up hurting them in more ways than one when a person ends up cheating on a site, it ends up hurting others as well. Even in sites like this where we have seen many cheaters it often can hurt all included as well. But over the yrs. I have seen a lot of sites come and go. I have seen a lot of people come and go as well. There will always be the cheaters and the scammers, and the ones who feel everyone owes them something as well.
But overall, wouldn't it be in the Best interest to just Write things with your thoughts and feelings instead of risking your reputation as well? When it really only takes a little time to share your thoughts, why waste the time with copying from someone else and having people choose to distrust you as well.

That is a shame. You do not know what they could be thinking. Cheating is very prevalent in many ways these days.

Hi eaforeman6! It really is a shame! It is really terrible for anyone to copy other people's articles or reviews and make them appear as their own. I do not think that these people have integrity at all. It speaks much about their character and how low they can get just to make money.
Take care and blessings to you.

hi eaforeman6...i remember in school a girl was copying my answers on a test. i was shocked because she was an better student than me. and it bugged me that she kept looking at my test so i looked and each question and memorized the correct answer but wrote down the wrong answer. when i finished i sat waiting for her to turn in her paper. when she did i hurriedly erased my wrong answers and wrote down the correct ones. when we got test results i looked at her. she had a horrified look on her face. then she came to me and asked weakly, Kathy What Did You Get on Your Test? i said an "A". she was surprised and quiet. i looked on her paper and she got an "F"
i'm hoping she learned to do better.

I don't see the point in it, but I guess some people just want to see if they will be caught.

That is a bugger....I really don't know what makes them do it unless it's because they want the money are are too lazy to do it...but its also called plagiarism if they steal someones review! I hope they know that and also that they can get into big trouble for it!

There are a lot of people who would rather let someone else do the work and then take it from them.. It is so much easier to do that than to do it on their own.. I think it is a shame and I hope they get caught and get kicked off the sites.. I don't think it is right to copy and cheat.. If I can't do a job for myself then it doesn't get done.. cheating isn't right and it does harm to the ones who are cheating as they will never learn on their own as long as someone else will do the job and let them get the credit for it.

I like the way discussions are organized at mylot. We are not required to launch a discussion of certain number of words, which is a potential lure to some people to copy and paste from the very beginning.
Responding is more of a personalized feedback. I doubt if you can find ready articles to the point. If any, might be more time consuming.
Cheating must be banned. The cheater will drink the toxic in due time.

yes exactly now a days people like short cut ways in everything. They just copy paste the things and try to fool people. I think one should be creative in its own type and on its own caliber.
