Are You an Optimist,Pessimist or a realist? Optimistic approach= I can do it again . Pessimist= Well, I knew that wasn't going to work. Nothing I ever do works out. Why do I even bother? Realist= Ooooohhh DARNIT! That's annoying, but that's life. I think I'll just do it again, and hope it turns out next time. I dont know if I can come between these two: but am parly a pessimist/Realist. Idont give up on things that easily, even though I may have to try several times. But I do find myself saying sometimes when things dont go right:" THAT IS LIFE." lol

I would consider myself of a person who sees like and live life in a positive manner at the same time I live in reality. I see life positively but i make sure that i have to put things as realistic as it is. I know being optimistic helps but if we are not that realistic when we fail to tend to complain and feel bad over it. Challenges comes in our way to help us to become strong and be a better person.

Hello my friend riyasam Ji, I have been learning and adopting since almost 40 yrs now, to remaon positive, and do our best. Further, there is nothing impossible. "WORK IS WORSHIP". Knowing fully well that something is beyond our capicity, we start and with all the problems find out ways to complete it happily. may god bless you and have a graet time.

I try to be optimistic towards life and thank the Great God for His blessings. If a glass has some water, I would prefer to say that it is half full rather than saying it is half empty. When I try something, I do not give it up easily, till I exhaust all my resources. We should hope for the best and be prepared for the worst, I believe in this philosphy. However, we must make a try, if we do not attempt anything, we are not going to get a 'result' either positive or negative. I am realistic also and when even after making sincere efforts, things do not turn my way, I also feel like you - That is life.

I would have to say that overall, I am an Optimist as well as a realist. But most of the time, I actually find myself relying on God and my inner feelings on things that are going on. Because with everything going on these days, it is really up to you to be in control over allowing someone else or something else to do it for you. But at the same time if you just sit and wait and then wonder why something happened you might have been able to prevent some of it as well.

i also believe that GOD IS IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING BUT THAT DOESNOT MEAN WE have to do nothing.i think we have to do our best and GOD will do the rest.

I like your approach. That's how one should take it.I am very optimistic.I have been reading alot of motivational books and they have affected me alot.I have gained alot from them.I keep telling myself,'I was born to win'.It says one should think it,say it,believe it and live it.And I am inculcating that in my life.I also keep telling myself,'Life is easy,Life is good,All good things come to me'.I find these things help me to be very optimistic.

Hi Riya I think I am essentially a realist who is more towards optimism. Time and again O have found myself standing tall after the most bizarre things that I had faced. But I learned from those and tried to live better after that. I always kind of say that i can do better, I can live better and that gives me immense strength to live life optimistically.

I would call myself as realistic.. I do sometimes shout a lot when things don't turn out the way they should be .. But after that I do accept it and get on with it and say "yup.. that's life". And [/b]"that's why I love it .. for it unpredictability"[/b] Its ok.. As this is not the end and I can start over any day I want to. I came in this world with empty hands...so I am never a loser.

I am optimist. After you have experienced a big difficult and passed it you can become stronger. How to deal with the difficult. First we should have a optimistic attitude to think the difficult is a piece of cake. We should have confidence to do it well.

Well i dont want to lie, i wil be frank, i am neither an optimistic nor an pesimistic, i usually try my level best to accopmlish the things in my life, but whenever i fail to achieve i don degrade myself, instead of that i just console myself saying let this one go, i wil try next time, surely i wil get, but i see to it that i don get overconfident at any time, because overconfidence breaks the glass and all fishes will die, i meant my dreams and wishes, i am usually a person who always try my level best take life in a postive way, i agree flaws are common in everyones life, but we can be happy in our life only if you learn to have a positive optimistic attitude in our life.

more of a realist, i voice out my feelings with true friends and cannot be optimistic immediately and i cannot act nonchalant about things that go wrong, but i know how to accept things as part of life and i will also try my best to make my life better and avoid things that annoy me if i feel that it is not working anymore.

i think i am a combination of 3 depending on the mood. i am more optimistic when i am cheering other people than with myself. lol weird i know but that's how i am, i encourage optimism to other people rather than myself, but probably i am more of a realist for myself

It depends from situation to situation. And also changes from time to time. At times I become optimistic. I think I can fight back way. Also at times, after so many continuous bad luck I feel pessimistic at times. But I am always realistic. So even if negative thoughts come, I try to find the way out in realistic way.

Hi Riya, I am glad to see you again here and hope you are doing well. I like to think positively always. I try to find out the positive sides from others. I am ready to accept the reality and I believe that if the reality is worse rather than worrying on the same better to find out a solution for it. I know that I am not 100 per cent fit and I understand the minus points of mine.

Hi riyasam. I am a pessimist and realist. For things I am interested in I can give it some more patience and try several times even it failed. But then for other things I will have to force myself to do it, like my work, lol. Well, if there is someone keeping encouraging me, I can really make it. I mean, I can be over optimisstic, blinded. Oops, I am a mix.

I am an optimist, but I also fit the realist part. I always look to the bright side, and remain positive, but when things don't go quite right, I accept it as a part of life. You win some you lose some.
