do you feel easy to start a new discussion or responding to others?........

hi there, icegermany.. just like you, i have limited time for myLot and i find it easier to respond to discussions. i think it also helps the myLot system if we respond first before starting any new discussion because it unclutters the list of discussion topics. responding to discussions also broadens one's base of friends because you usually get to interact with people who have the same issues or interests as you. happy myLotting!

for me... well if i have alot of ideas running through my head, starting a new discussion would not be a problem. but i find that half the time, i'm more than content to respond to other's discussions. perhaps that is because i don't any ideas running. but to answer your discussion, i would very much prefer to respond than start a new.

Hello icegermany! I am more on responding to discussions rather than starting my own discussion. It's hard to me to make a new discussion because most of the idea that came to me, someone started it already. If you will see, I have more number of responded discussions than the number of my own discussions..hehehe

Sometimes its easy, sometimes its not. Its more easy if you have information about the discussion your joining to. You can always share more than 3 paragraph more that especially when its one of your favorite topic. But not all discussions are like that, so its like your brain is feeling empty and dont know what to say. I respond to discussion within my interest, so its always good.

i think it is not easy ,some dicussion if i didn't intrest in,i don't reply just look can go way that website.but some discussin i wanted to try my best to respon even if i was busy.

haha,what you have mentioned is also my point.I prefer responding to others to starting a new discussion. I always think that if I could find a good topic, others may lack of the interesting of my new discussion.I like to share with others with the discussion I am interested in. I would perfer responding to other peoples discussion since at least where guaranteed to make something. And hardly anyone ever responds to my discussions which is very discouraging at least it is for me and thats why I dont make discussions to often.

I normally find it easier to respond to others discussions, lets face it there is a larger enough choice, than starting them myself. The main reasons why is that when i have tried to start a discussion i normally see that someone else has started a similar or same discussion only hours ago, so don't want to tread on peoples toes etc, and also whenever i start a discussion I rarely get many responses. Then I feel deflated and think why bother ? I probarly just word the discussion a bit to awkwardly or its not in the right section, or the question is too specific.

I guess we're pretty much the same; I also mostly do the responding than posting my own topic. I find it easier to just response to other's discussion specially if it interests me than thinking of topics and ideas to be posted as my own.

I think that you have raised a pretty interesting question icegermany. I have actually been back regularly here to myLot since last June. I try to answer discussions and give as good feedback as possible. I know full well the importance of keeping our answers and posting of questions will good quality and description. I am trying to stay away from figuring out the calculations and format in which myLot administration has implemented. I believe it is probably more important just to have fun and make a little money while doing it. Well when it comes to whether or not it is easier to start the posting or responding to the discussions I think that is a case where it kind of just depends on the day and the time of day when I log onto this site. I might have something in particular in my mind on any given day where I would like to start a conversation here that might invoke good quality answers and in turn would help me with an issue at hand. I really enjoy getting the feed back that I need and that is why I like this site so much. On the other hand there are some discussions that are raised that I find I need to put in my opinion or advice so it might help another person.

I prefer to respond than to start my own discussion. It takes time for me to start a new topic unless the idea is base in my interest and the situiton applies or happened to me. Here, i read several topics a day and having more benifits reading to some comments.

That would depend on the time i spend on myLot and my mood. If i can spend atleast 10 minutes on mylot or if I have good mood, then i would respond to the discussions. If not i prefer to start a discussion if i have any topic... Thats it.

I feel easy responding to others discussion.I like to respond to discussions from my interest.I also like to help other people in their problems.I start discussions also but its only when i have doubts or there's a question in my mind.I respond from thirty to forty discussions a day.

I also prefer responding to discussions from our friends before starting mine. Its a sort of warm up for me. Its also more relaxing.

Its much more easier for me to respond to others than start my own discussion.lol.I usually at my wits'end.Its not easy to find discussions that interest me or make me write some stuff.Happy mylotting!

I feel they are both not easy. When I create a new topic, I want to deliberate as much as possible. When I answer discussion, I want to say as much as I can. It well depends on what topics they are, if I am very interested and brain-storm something to say, then it is easy.

i try to start discussions then feel bad when not much people reply so i am a little discouraged about starting new discussions unless i am really interested to know the answer to a question i have. so what i mostly do is respond to discussions that interests me and that i can give a decent response to. =)

hi icegermany... even i find only very less time for mylot...according to me responding to others is easy..but starting new discussion will help us to think creatively which improves our knowledge.so try to start new discussion...
