Did you ever feel that your dying? i did. before i get married. my heart started to be in pain i dont know for what reason but i couldnt breath when this occured. when i tried to breath little by little my heart was in fire and my shoulder started to beat boom, boom. i was so scared. that i started reciting coran and was asking god plzz let me atleast reach home. if i had to die let me atleast a last time see my parents. i reached home and collapsed. Doctors from everywere in the area reached in a minute.and then after 10 weeks i was fine. it was because of cold. Did something happened to you that you were seriously in panic?

I had a different experience. My heart didn't feel like it would burst; my breathing actually slowed WAY down, I got pale, dizzy, & sweaty, and felt nauseated - like I was about to throw up (and I did). It was all because I had a presentation that I had to do alone in front of my class; and I guess I was really nervous or something because I had a panic attack.
That's too bad you had a panic attack the day before your wedding, that must have been bad. By the way - did you mean 10 MINUTES instead of weeks? I certainly hope your panic attack didn't last 10 weeks! That would be horrible!

Yes, it was 10 weeks. my first attack was 4 weeks before my marriage. and after i got married it slowed down. i dont know why? but my sisters they do jokes saying maybe i was impaptient to have a wife and that my heart started beating this crazily for her only. but truly to say for me it was no joke. i dont know why it stopped 1 month after my marriage. i had to hide this cause from her and her family. i dont know maybe if they knew, they would say i m a heart patient.

I can understand your condition though I haven't gone through one like that. Instead I had one due to nervousness and hypertension. Even though we got relief later, it is very bad to be in a situation until then.
Most worse is the waiting for the doctors to arrive in the scenario.

I remember my first panic attack. I had no clue what was going on and I thought I was dying. It was on my 16th birthday at an amusement park. My heart beat felt like it sped up, I was nauseous, light headed, and my hands, nose and the roof of my mouth went numb. I had a hard time breathing and I just couldn't figure out what was going on. It lasted the whole day...
