dlr may I ask you what you exactly mean by getting plenty sunshine because there is a fixed time of the day say till 9a.m in the morning after which when only get the ultra-violet rays of the sun which is really harmful for us especially for a warm country like India.

they say we need to get about 10 or 15 minutes in the sun when it is the hottest, so that we can get a good supply of Vitim D. only a short time is all it takes. you do not want to get burned, because that is not good. That is what i meant by plenty of sunshine. I should have made my self more clearer. You are right that it is not good to get to much.

Maintain a balance of Physical & mental exercise(e.g-walking/yoga,swimming/meditation etc).
Have optimum healthy diet.

Yes, we need to take care of ourselves....
1. Drink water (8 glasses a day)
2. Eat breakfast every morning
3. Have 3 squares a day and snacks every two hours
4. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetbales
5. Get plenty of exercise.
6. Skip the white bread, and opt for whole grains
7. Keep a happy heart and laugh a lot.
