Previouly i dont take nap during the lunch time but after read one related article, then i start to take nap after lunch. The reason is after you take your lunch, your body need to focus on food disgition. At the same time, we are spending energy when we move or do some activity. So, if we take nap, the energy used will be less, and all the energy will be used for the disgition, it is good for health.

You are welcome. However, you need to remember that never take more than 2 hour sleep after meal. The reason is your stomach will keep on porocess gastric juice for digestion, if you sleep longer than 2 hours, the gastric juice will be abit over process. This is also one of the reason why people advice you dont take any food at night 2 hour before you go to bed.

In the past I would not take a nap in my lunch break. But it has changed since these few years. After lunch, I'd like to take a nap. It is very interesting that I can fall asleep soon and then wake up on time I feel refreshed after having a nap. In fact it is better to work when you are energetic. Otherwise the mistakes may be occurred when you are very tired.

I have read that taking a nap even not during lunch time is good for the body. There are those that take a nap after lunch an those that take a nap in the afternoon. When I was a child, my mother always see to it, that I have my afternoon nap. But now that I have grown into an adult, I never take a nap. I really find it hard to sleep at night if ever I take a nap after lunch or in the afternoon.

Especially after you have lunch, you might feel extremely sleepy, and you just want to sleep. For me, I would definitely try to take a nap, and I am doing this for over a year. Until lunch time, I would go to my car, and take a half hour nap. It might help me a lot, at least energize me.

I'm not sure about this but I think you should only take a nap at less than 15 minutes during lunch break. In the end, I think you should test how many minutes will work for you since napping should really recharge you and not drain you of any energy. Good luck!

Atv, until now i am still not sure as how much energy will be recharge back after napping. Most of the time, i prefer not to nap since sometimes it will makes us feels more sleepy and ended-up wanting to sleep more. I still prefer to sleep early at night and wake-up early. And go on whole day without the need to nap.

Hello myfb. I have the habit of taking a nap after lunch, especially during the weekdays, but on weekends, it depends. If I do not have a nap, I won't feel good for the afternoon work. So a nap during the weekdays is very important on my side. It helps to get me refreshed. Take care, friend.

I didn't take a nap during my lunch break because I'd be afraid I'd oversleep. Once I get to sleep, I could be so sound asleep, I wouldn't wake up. I'd hate to get in trouble for that reason. If I were ot get in trouble for something at work, I'd like it to be for an important reason. ;-)

It is healthy to nap during lunch break. After napping I feel powerful. But when I was young I don't like napping too.But after getting into Middle School I found that if I don't nap during lunch break I would have no energe in afternoon. You'd better nap for 15~30 minutes. If you sleep fo a long time you will feel headache.

I have the habit to have a nap after lunch because it can give me energy and make me pay my attention to my study. In fact it is just a kind of personal habit and if you never have a nap and also you have much energy to go on working, I think there is no need for you to have it. Take care. Good luck to you!

It is true that you have much energy to go on working if you take a nap. A sleepy head comes to me very fast when I have my lunch. I think that it is a habit that has been developed.
