Elance is a legitimate trusted site. There is a bit of a process for signing up and some testing to take, (I still haven't taken the time to fully complete mine) but I have heard from plenty of people that it is a really good site for making money if you have any special skills or can write articles, etc. It's free to join.

is it something like helium? that you have to write articles and they will publish them?
