It is true but people are just stubborn. They don't listen or they will just pass it to another ear. That is the reality on us but there are few who do this, so no wonder if they have a healthy and a long life.

I can add that by drink fresh water in every morning, Healthy food and reducing smoking and make healthy environment by smile and be nice to people that need our help.

hello, eggpoy. yes, i am very much aware of this long before the campaigns towards this attitude in life, was brought forth by health buffs world wide.
my parents were health conscious people. yes, i am thankful that i was blessed enough with good parents. i can still remember that my mother tries her best to make available for us the freshest and the best foods there are. she grows sorts of fruits and vegetables. she also has numerous animals and fowls raised. everything was bountiful. there was seemingly endless supply of everything.
as for exercise, i have to manage more than a kilometer distance to walk everyday at the minimum. it is now acknowledged that taking some good distance of walks is sufficient to cover for this requirement.
let us not forget that we need to drink at least a liter and a half of water daily. for me, it is close to three liters a day. water is an important factor in maintaining good health. water cleanses our inner physical condition. thus, taking water in ample amounts daily promotes good health, too.
