Breaking up is really difficult. No matter whose fault it is, I believe that both parties involved are somehow affected in one way or another. Seeing them with another person causes so much pain, but you've gave them their freedom so they can be happy. But inside you felt like dying, what would you do to help yourself?

pain will occur when the relationship is break up badly ... if it is because of his/her happiness, then it is so hard to forget it, one things that can help you through is just go on, leave them with the happiness, now you must find your own happiness, your future is more better than the old past, just leave it, only time can kill the pain

for me,that's quite simple i think. if it comes to me, i would try to some computer game such as WOW, or chat with my friends about something--just to pay attention as liltte as i can. i may feel something wrong, lost, sorrow, or sad, but the pain is not so intensively.

How would you forget someone you love.. Hmm, it must be very difficult when we have deep feeling to someone, it almost impossible to forget that person in a short time.
Some people say that we have to get rid of all the stuffs associated with the one you love. The others say that we have to do some activities so that our brain does not thinking about him. But i think, the best way is don't ever force yourself to forget him. The harder you try to do so, the more difficult to forget.
Just let the time goes by..And enjoy your time with family and friends. At last you will forget him, i mean forget your feeling about him.

forgetting someone you love is always impossible. however, what is possible is trying to get on with one's life so that any pain associated with forgetting can somehow be cushioned and pave the way for that someone more special to find you.
