What was your favorite fairy tale when you were still a child?

When I was a child I like almost every fairy tale. But my favorite is the Princess and the Pea. I like this maybe because of its simplicity and the message it conveys. Imagine, a prince has traveled the whole world to search for a genuine princess. When he was about to give up, a true princess knocks on his door step. Just like life, it will give us what is meant to be.

My favorite fairy tale was Rumplestiltskin. I just liked the fact that just when she is in need of some help, the Rumplestiltskin came along. I even wrote my own version of it called 'Rumplestilt Kin' with three brothers who help the girl, instead of just one. Their names are Rumplestilteyes, Rumplestilthair, and Rumplestiltskin. I just took the story and twisted it. Check it out:

I didnt have any favorites when it comes to fairy tales. Though I watched a lot of Disney movies and that includes the timeless classical fairy tales.^_^
I also cannot forget that Princess and the Pea you've mentioned because I wanted my skin to be that sensitive that its the mark of a true princess.LOL! Guess you could say I had that 'princess phase'. Was really amazed just how much mattress the Queen put in but still the princess could not sleep because of that one tiny pea.
Anyway, I also liked the Little Mermaid and Thumbellina. Rapunze was also nice because of her long beautiful hair.^_^ Well, at the end of it all, it just conveys thoughts and ideas about love.
