Personally I believe Sweden does. Not because I am from Sweden, but because to me it seems true: ABBA Ace of Base Roxette Blue Swede (the ORIGINAL creators of "Hooked on a Feeling") Europe The Cardigans Opeth Pain of Salvation kent Therion Yngwie Malmsteen Nightwish new singer :P Although the best bands through time are not Swedish (with exception of ABBA) I think overall Sweden has the best current bands and production of great music!
