Electric Knife on a Pineapple?

I have never peeled and cored a pineapple by myself. I always buy the ones that already have that taken care of. For those of you who peel your own pineapple I wonder if you can use an electric knife on it. Is it possible?

an electric knife would work just as well as a regular knife. i just use a regular knife to cut pineapple. it is easier to clean up after i'm done.

I agree, an electric knife would work. It could get the job done so much more faster. Omit my comment about the large fruit peeler, Shar.

I am not sure if you can I never tried it. I just use a regular knife if I have to cut a pineapple. But typically I am like you I just buy it already cut up its much easier. I like it that way better.

I have always used a regular knife, but I don't see why you would not e able to do it with an electric knife. You would just have to make sure you have a steady hand so you don't cut off too much pineapple.

Hi. Shar19. I am not sure if you can use an electrical knife to cut up your pineapple. Maybe you need a large fruit peeler to peel your pineapple with.

i don't see why u couldn't. i don't eat pineapple so have no experience w/them.
