Hi there ,
Its good to have any amount of water provided we are comfortable having them .Along with it we need to have the right quantity of activities. If we are kind of those who are living within walls and activities are quite low ,then the quantity we drink also reduces ,whereas it goes more than 8 glasses when are activities are severe.
But as for me in this summer i drink cold water straight from the fridge ,i think its about 7 glasses .I feel good after having them,(who doesn't)
Cheers

More than that, say about 2.5 liter a day and I don't think that is enough. Still very warm in my body and I try to find some pool to soak me in.

yes i do drink more than 8 glasses of water these days as it is summer season and i feel really thirsty. if not summers then i hardly complete my 8 glass of rule everyday. but i make it to drink atleast not 8 then 6 or 7 because water keeps you fresh, light and feeling soothing inside. i heard water even keeps your skin glowing

I will sometimes drink 8 glasses of water a day, especially if us my big 32 ounce cup I got when I was in the hospital. If I use that one, and fill it up a few times a day, there's my water for the day. I just wish I knew how much water I should be working. I think I've read somewhere that if you're trying to lose weight, or were overweight, or something, you should drink more than the typical 8 glasses of water.

It all depends on how thirsty I am. If I am not thirsty then I don't drink as much. But
most days I will drink about 5 bottles of water so it would work out to even more than
8 glasses. I like to take 3 bottles with me to work every day and then I will have some
with my dinner in the evening and then in the evening before I go to bed, with my
vitamins.
I never used to drink very much water. But then my doctor told me I had to start drinking
more since I am in menopause and my body really needs it. So I started to drink more
and it really is all about habit. I used to drink a lot of pop but now instead of a
can of pop I will grab a bottle of water.
But I have to drink my water out of a bottle, not a glass. It just doesn't taste the
same out of a glass. I reuse the bottles I bought from the store and I just fill them
up with water that is filtered, from my fridge. I have once of those fridges where there
is a tap for water and an ice maker.
Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend,
Have a good mylotting day, Chris

I never, or must say rarely drink any water in a day, I normally just drink coffee, a lot of it, at least one cup or two an hour and it hasn't done me any harm.
Apparently I did read somewhere that water can be drunk in any form including flavoured drinks and also hot drinks, and you can also get water from fruit and vegetables as well.
Also, the body is good at regulating the amount of water that you drink as well, and I am sure that there are just as many reports saying that it doesn't matter how many glasses you drink.

I love water. Years ago I rarely drank water but instead drank soda pop and anything else with flavor. I was always thirsty. When I started to drink only water when I was thirsty, I was quenched. Water is what we are supposed to be drinking and I have no trouble getting my daily recommended amount.

I love drinking water, and I always manage to get at least 8-9 glasses of water a day. However, on days that i have basketball or running. I usually drink about 14-15 glasses of water to keep hydrated and stop my body from getting sore.

Maybe i only drink water about 5 or 6 six glasses a day. Many people say that we have to drink water (without any other thing, like tea, etc) 8 glasses in a day. I really want to make it, but i can't. Its so hard if i have to force myself to drink, while im not thirsty at all. Sometimes when im so busy,i do even forget to drink. Hmm.. maybe i must bring a bottle of water wherever i go,and put an alarm on it.lol.

In the summer months, I probably drink 8 or more glasses of water. But in the winter months I don't. I do probably drink 4 or 5 glasses of water, along with a few glasses of fruit juice (and a couple cups of coffee).
I don't force myself to drink water if I'm not thirsty, but when I do become thirsty, I make sure that water is my choice.
