The other discussion about emails made me wonder if you all delete your emails or keep them stacked like the way I do. Now-a-days emailing services like gmail, offers very high storage capacity. I keep certain information in my mail as a back up too. My bf on the other hand deletes all his mails after he is done reading it and says that he keeps a good e-hygiene lol
I have about 6 email accounts lol, 2 of which I use regularly, my primary email contains about 5421 emails in my inbox haha I'm not kidding lol. How many email accounts do you have and do you delete the emails often?

Oh my goodness. that is alot of emails there. At the most I have around 200 sitting in my email account. I prefer to delete them when I can. At least I still have space in my email account

Hello nikky28! I only one email address and I always check it everyday. I usually delete all my unimportant emails such as notifications here in mylot (it's been a lot, I just can't save them all) and some spams. I just remained all those important emails to me.

I only keep emails if I think that I'll need to refer to them at some point in the future. Even then, I'll quite often move the information that I want to keep somewhere else and then delete the email - particularly if the information on it is in anyway private. It's to easy for hackers to get into an email account and also if your computer happens to get stolen it's not a good idea to have sensitive personal information in an unsecured email folder.

For me, I'm primarily using Yahoo Mail for my emails. As now Yahoo Mail offers unlimited storage capacity for users, users who don't like to delete their emails can keep them as long as they like. I for one like to keep my emails, but nowadays there are just too much spam coming into my email inbox that I just have to delete because I just hate them lying around in my inbox. Other than that, I keep all other emails which I think have significance. It's always good to keep a backup of emails like you mentioned - you never know when you'll need it!

Hi there we are almost the same. I have more than seven thousand emails in my inbox. I haven't read all of them and for those that I have read, I haven't deleted them yet. I guess I am just too lazy to do that.

I have more than ten accounts, they are Gmail, Hotmail, 163 and my company's.
l63(neteasy) is very popular in Chinese, I have several accounts in it.
I do not like to delete my e-mails, I keep them in mail box, and I can read it if I want. Now-a-days the mail service offers a large storage, so we do not have to delete because of volume.

I delete the majority of my emails, since most of it is junk anyways. Sometimes if I get email from a family member I will keep it, but it's usually not to important so I'll end up deleting it as well.

I have about 5 active email accounts, but only 2 are the very active accounts I use to communicate, receive and send emails. When I receive spam mails, no waiting to delete it. Especially when the subject from fake paypal, hsbc and other job vacancies mails.

I delete about 600 emails today. I have used my email address to register many account in internet. I can receive serval emails every day, I don't read the most of them and keep them in my inbox for a long time. I will arrange my emails when the ammount is very large just like today. I keep the useful emails and delete spam.

I have two main e-mail accounts and I have to delete spam everyday. I wouldn't delete any e-mail from my friends or family because there's a lot of space in my e-mail accounts so I usually just delete spam and other e-mails I don't need anymore. It's funny looking back at e-mails that my friends sent to me a few years go

Hi, nikky28. I have about 12 to 15 email addresses with Yahoo. Only two with netzero. and two with gmail. I will usually delete any email messages on a daily basis that I am no longer using. I don't like to have a pile of email messages in my inbox. It makes it very hard for me to find any messages and read them.

I only have one email account. Before I got two, one from yahoo and the other one from gmail. Then I stopped using them because of spam messages in yahoo and I forgot my password and username in my gmail account. I am using only one now and my husband was the one who did it for me. I am very happy with the service and I notice that MSN puts spam and junk messages in their respective folders. I never keep emails that are not important. I always delete them when i think I won't be using them in the future anymore. I want a clean email and less messages in my inbox for easier access to important ones.

I have couple emails account, but I mainly use hotmail only and I frequently get lots of junk mail, I usually just select them all and empty it and mark them ohishing scam but I don't think that helps a lot.
