What are your favorite songs to dance to (as a workout)? I need some ideas - ANY (old, new, American, not, r&b, techno, pop, whatever) will work, so long as they're upbeat. So far, these have been my favorite, but I'm compiling a list and would love your input on it! Kiss Me Thru the Phone - Soulja Boy Tell 'em Cry for you - September I Decided - Solange Knowles Poker Face - Lady Gaga Can't Get You Out of My Head - Kylie Minogue Some more songs would be appreciated!

Hi Maezee! I wont give you any specific songs, but I wold try putting on your favorite On Demand radio staion on your TV and have a go at it! I love to Hip Hop to work out, and I find if I just put music on that I like I can dance those pounds away in 20 minutes or so a day!

LOL well unfortunately for me, we got rid of cable (satellite) TV about two months ago, so this is probably a no-go. Sometimes I use a normal radio, but having to wait through commercials is SO annoying. Thanks for the response, though!

I find 'I Don't Wanna Be In Love' by Good Charlotte to be a fun song to work out to. It has such a catchy beat, and such catchy lyrics... it brings you into a dancy-mood.

Thanks! I actually used to LOVE Good Charlotte, so this is a good suggestion. I also really like their tune "I Just Wanna Live" - have you heard it? It's also really up-beat.

I love techno or upbeat music to workout to. My current favorite song to work out to is "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga or "American Boy" Feat. Kanye West. When I am finishing my workout and slowing down I like a slower tempo song.

This may sound dorky - but one of the songs that ALWAYS stays on my IPOD is Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves. It is so upbeat and always gets me moving. I actually submitted this to a topic in Shape magazine once and was published in the October 07 issue for saying this was my favorite song to work out to! lol

Hehe, I usually have Kungfu Fighting, YMCA, I will survive, Flashdance, Wake me up before You Go-go. I don't know the singers though, but the music is upbeat enough to get the heart beating and the lazy bones moving!

What about Britney Spears? I don't really like her stuff except when I want to dance. Also, what about gym class heroes? They are fun.
