dbabb1234 The last time I went to the beach was on my wedding in Dec '08 and for my honeymoon in Jan '09. We had our wedding on the beach in jamaica and we had our honeymoon in san Diego California. I love Missions Beach in cali and la Jolla beach for surfing.

dbabb1234 I love techno or upbeat music to workout to. My current favorite song to work out to is "Just Dance" by Lady Gaga or "American Boy" Feat. Kanye West. When I am finishing my workout and slowing down I like a slower tempo song.

dbabb1234 I do this ocassionally and it does dry out the eyes...My friend use to sleep with her contacts in all the time. Needless to say it wasn't good for her eyes and she had to stop wearing contacts for several months because it scratched her eyes.
