Do you like to walk/hike/jog? If so, how often do you go?
Also, do you walk on trails or just go around your neighborhood or what?
My boyfriend walk 2-4 times a week in our neighborhood. A few times a month we also check out some nature trails, usually at state parks or trails around our house. How about you?

I do best with walking. In the winter, I use our treadmill. I like to put in a DVD or watch a favorite program. Trying to read while walking is hard for me to do. It is a good workout, But......there is nothing like a walk through the neighborhood early in the morning. I love to watch the squirrels, birds, and pet owners walking their pets. The air smells fresh and I can just feel the anticipation of a new day ahead. It feels so good to get the blood pumping and move those muscles. Happy walking!

Very nice imagery. I also love the smell of morning and fresh air and nature, although I also love sleeping in!; )

Thank you. I had dyslexia for 50 years (didn't know it) and then did vision therapy and am no longer dyslexic. Since dyslexics turn words around and I'm not dyslexic anymore, I thought I would turn it around to remind myself that it's great to be freeeeeee!

I love hiking! It is my favorite outdoor activity. Zion National Park is a wonderful place to hike, as well as Bryce Canyon in Utah. I would love to do one of those overnight hikes, where you backpack. I think that would be fun. We live in Arizona so we usually just gop to local trails around our house. We haven't hiked the Grand Canyon yet but would someday like to. We have been to Sedona, Az to hike and that has beautiful views as well.

Nowadays I do most of it at the gym! But when I was younger I used to do a lot of walking, especially walking holidays, I would go up to Scotland and I would set up base with my tent then I would take the whole day to explore the countryside, lochs and scenery, I would walk for miles and miles, all that fresh air, and being on my own too was wonderful. I loved it, you can see so much when you go walking and you appreciate mother nature, rather than taking everything for granted. I love the wildlife you see and if you are lucky enough to spot animals out when you are walking and hear the singing from the birds.

I love to hike, I was a Boy Scout so I've been to numerous places and hiked in Montana and Wyoming, I've even hiked in Canada. Our family travels a lot so when we are near a hill we try to hike it, Oklahoma doesn't have too many hills so we've been longing for a mountain or a beach, which ever comes first for us is fine. I think its great that you and your man hike and explore together. Keep on treking.

I like walking so much! Mostly when outside is nice, not hot and not cold, not raining or snowing.I love to walk through the forest, on a lonely path, seeing no one around, listening only to the birds and the wind.
When it's cold , I use the malls instead. I actually walk around, in my regukar walking pace, looking around, as I'm interested to find something.
But it's only for the sake of walking. And I don't tire very fast. If I run, oh, I tire after 5 seconds. But walking, it's my thing. And enjoy it a lot. I don't like to walk wit someone, because I always have to talk, and be nice and polite. Being by myself, I can do and think whatever I want, without feeling bad that I'm not a "sociable" person.

Hello my friend Bethany1202 Ji,
At this age, we walk only, no hiking and no jogging. Also we walk 3-4 Kms per day in
nearby our surrounding, by changing our route. Hiking is entirely different with still
another different aim. It was done by scouts, to reach a spot without being noticed by
other opponent party. But, litlle adventures on day to day basis is also worth.
may god bles syou and have a great time.
