I go to the "no responses" tab because I like to see what else is out there. A lot of times there are some interesting discussions that don't get a ton of responses because the members are new, or the question is lengthy, or it is initially hard to understand. I like to think that if I respond to these, it might give others another thing to respond to within the discussion and it will stimulate a longer thread. I know that a discussion wouldn't be posted if a member didn't want answers, so I try to help where I can!

yeah sometimes i go to no responses tab if there's no more discussions that i wanna reply on the new/recent/friends started of course first i will reply because i can relate to the topic or it's in my interest/s why not but if it's just a normal question and just for the sake of posting it... i'll just skip it :D
but if it is a nice topic and worth my reply LOL if i am the first one haha :D go for it ;) i don't mind if she/he will give me a best response my major concern is commenting on the discussion because i like the topic and urge me to post my answer/reply ;) (super explain LOL :P)
happy myLotting!;)

Yes, I do 'sometimes' attempt to help those with no response and get them out from there so they'll get responses once out of that pond. No I don't expect to be awarded BR when I response as I know most of them who are still there struggling to get out are newbies and are still not very clear about the working of mylot and when or who to award the BR. They might not even know about the BR yet.

Well, I used to choose the "No response" tab if there is no interesting discussion I can find in the today's top, friends started, and hot discussion.. Sometimes, there are some discussions in "no responses" that interest me and I'm wondering why do others don't appreciate it.. I guess its also a form of helping them to have a response in their discussion since I know the feeling of having no response in your discussion.. I have so many discussions that has no response so I really know the feeling of having no response in the discussion.. I'm not up to the best response.. Actually, I really hate when someone made or chose me a best response since I'm the only one who answered or respond to his/her discussion.. It only means that he/she had no choice that's why he/she chose me to be the best response.. As for me,in every discussions that I've made I don't choose right away whom should I give the best response.. I'll wait for a couple of months for me to choose so that others can have a chance..

I go because I want to help other Mylotter's out who may have become lost in the shuffle. I've noticed that several of mine have gone unanswered and I'm pretty sure it's because they simply got lost with the amount of posting that occurs. I could care who less posts first. If I have something to say I'll say it regardless of how many posts there on a given thread. And I'm not too concerned with who is given best response. I'm out to communicate and share ideas with other people, not to fluff my ego.

I go to the no response section when there's nothing good in the other sections or scrolling across the top of the page. Helping out someone who hasn't gotten any responses is nice but that's not my main motivation. I want my time here to be productive and sometimes there's not a lot that interests me.

I do go to the no responses tab because sometimes some really good discussions go unnoticed. So I try to revive one or at least show the person that their discussion was noticed.

To kick start something that got lost, to get a a new person a bit of a go ahead, and because I would want some one to do it for me if I had made the effort to do a good job.
Too many things get buried by fluffy discussions. Why not give myself and the starter a chance to earn, share, and be noticed?

I go to "no responses" tab because I always find a discussion topic that is worthy of a response. There are actually numerous good discussions that are pushed to the end of the first page by some senseless topics. It is always good to dig all the tabs.

To get a best response LOL sometimes some people would give you a best response just because you're the only who dropped by and answered. Also I also kind of like being the first to response on a discussion :D Your response is always visible to anybody who opens the discussion!
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I like to help MyLotters get a response to their discussion/question if I can. I've seen some excellent questions or discussions there and I really wonder why no one responded. Other times I don't understand what is being said, so there really isn't anything I would feel comfortable responding. Sometimes it's a coin toss. I see a discussion with a lot of responses, and a very similar one go unanswered. You seem to get good responses to most of your discussions, at least the ones where people don't have to go sit by the air conditioner , what is your secret?

I must say that I can count the number of times that I have been on my own "no response tab" and I didnt even know that I could do that for someone else .You ahve given me an idea though as I could do that for my friends in order to help them get a response and I could be in line for a nice fat Best Response.Good discussion

Hi modstar.
For me,it would be nice if all discussions would get a response. That's my main reason for checking out the "no responses" tab.If I've got something to share,I do respond to these discussions.
Thanks.Happy mylottin!
