How many of us here are writers?

I'm enjoying lay down some words when i'm inspired. Most of my poems are in my native language (romanian) but i will share here one of my 2 poems in english: - Let the angels for you pray - Scattered glass thru my existence Stepping right in front of me, Guidance to my life ambitions When there was no one to see; You gave life from your own beeing, And you walked along the way; Mother, sister, child... oh, woman, Let the angels for you pray! I wrote this poem some time ago, let me know what you thing about it.

I write articles, short stories, and I have been published several times. I've also won lots of writing contests. It's fun! I'm trying to get published in some of the higher paying magazines so I won't have to work outside the home. My boys need me!

I'm a writer. I write Christian poetry, I also write short articles about various things and people in the Bible. I also write short stories that deal with faith.

I Love to Write, and would Love to be a Published Author someday. I have found myself writing about a lot of different subjects, and that is why I like myLot. We can be ourselves, and talk about what is on our mind, and maybe even make a little bit of extra $$ on here as well.

I can write but none of that

I write. Poetry, short stories, screenplays. I love to write. I also like to film the movies i write. I write everything, dramma, horror, action. etc. what about you?

I write blogs and do some freelance work for a couple of people - mostly keyword rich articles, some web pages and I've written 4 e-books. Naturally, I've got a book in the works - it's a psychological thriller.

Ah, I've been looking for the writers here. I write poetry and short stories. I have written two novels, both in the process of editing. I am involved in a writer's group and go to author seminars, workshops and critiquing sessions. Unfortunately, I think mylot is going to take me away from my writing because I am spending so much time on here posting. I love this website. I love talking about different things. I love meeting new people. And I love making money doing it. Ha! And, of course, I love writing. I am trying to get a short story written for the Toronto Star Short Story Contest - the deadline of which is December 31st. I better stop spending so much time online and get that story written!

Yes, I write category length romance novels and the odd slightly longer one. I also write articles to do with romance writing and writing in general.

One year ago eh, alot can change but how much I wonder?Am a New Zealand author. Have had two children's books published with my wifes help. Are working on a non fiction book right now are about halfway through. Contract negotiations slowed me down a bit but evenually got it settled and now that the dust has settle everyone is happy.

I like to write poetry, have also written some prose, monologes etc. Published a small book ten years ago,mostly local folklore.I would like to be able to make some money. Does anyone know where to submit poetry and get paid? Much of my poetry questions the meaning of life,some are ballads,some just plain humorous.

im trying to write a novel, its romance and its going to be one that has a sequeal to it and it explains the main characters each in a differant book. i only got two rough draft chapters that are needing a lot of work but i get a lot of compliaments on them to ppl that read it.

I love to write. I mostly write short stories, poems, and have been working on a novel. I have been published for some of my poetry and even won one award. Seems like it has taken forever to write the novel and I'm still not finished with it but do hope to be published in that field as well.
