Computer lecturers

Hi friends I have found that its very diificult to find a good computer lecturers in colleges in Banglore because many skilled and efficient people get into IT field. What do you think about this? DO you face same problem? share with me.

Well I do beliwve Quality lecturer are difficult to find nowdays .
