sometimes i find it hard to get sth to eat for breakfast and satisfy myself at the same time. As one of the nine to five workers who spend much time traveling to and from home and office, i really have few choice, especilly during morning rush hours.

I eat several things - (not at one time of course) eggs, yougurt, or bagels.

It actually depends on the time frame or whatever else is going on. I usually make sure that my son is taken care of first thing when it comes to breakfast. If I find some time in between my chores I usually like to have a couple of eggs or at least toast.
Don't forget I also need my morning coffee. I don't usually drink full caffeinated coffee though. I am trying to cut back so I also like to drink decaffeinated coffee in the morning. It can sort of help.
I even make pancakes from time to time.

I am having hard time to eat breakfast as well as i wake up very late.My breakfast is my lunch already as i wake up noon time. I have this sleep pattern since i work mostly at night online but whenever i'm able to wake very early and had teh chance to take a breakfast, i usually like to eat rice, egg, hotdog and a hot milo or juice. That's what we usually eat on breakfast here.

I usually don't eat much breakfast, but I do try to eat something by mid-morning at least. I usually just make a sandwich or have some leftovers from the night before if we have any left. I then try to eat a small snack or something about 7 pm while at work. This is usually about all I eat each day. I do make myself a snack every now and then at night right before bed, but that is usually just a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something...

I normally eat breads or fried noodles for breakfast. Most of the time, my mum will prepare the breakfast for my sister and I. It's very expensive to eat outside at our workplace and our mum is very kind to prepare all those breakfast for us.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it's also my most hated.
I never feel like eating anything, and most mornings I'll only eat for the sake of eating.
It's usually just a pear or a sandwhich or whatever is easy and simple and available in the firdge at the time. Heh.
