WEll, I don't always eat after having my meal, or while I'm wacthing T.V, I think I only eat like that only on occassions LOL. I suggest you try and eat your fill while your'e having your meal so you don't feel the need for more snacks and since we all know, snacks carry more calories than homemade food, but don't overeat!! I eat while watching television...a lot. The dining room is pretty much the main room in the house. The televison set faces the dining room, so when the tv is on we are watching tv, when we are eating...I hate this. I think dinner time should be devoted to sharing how our day went, what we did, things that happened to us, etc....I often eat in front of the television when we are just relaxing in the chair or on the sofa. It is definitely a bad habit...I think we should definitely be turning the television set off when we are eating our meals. And if we are relaxing, we should probably get up and go in the kitchen and eat our snacks in there.

I never had a TV in my dinning room, dinner is to be enjoyed by all we spend time cooking for the family, so I do not want to see my family glued on a TV screen when having dinner!

I am not a compulsive eater. I eat food, when I am hungry, otherwise not. I think, this is a very bad habit and this habit led to obesity, which may cost you dearly,as it led to many severe diseases, including heart disease.. You will have to visit a doctor immediately and you should stop eating while watching a movie.

I don't really have a problem with that. BUT whenever I watch shows and they're cooking or eating it makes me hungry, haha. I love Hell's kitchen and everytime I watch that I crave spaghetti, kind of weird...but yeah:].

I don't usually eat dinner in front of my TV, and I do not snack when watching TV and if I do I just have a fruit or a yoghurt, and if I watch TV after midnigth[ which is not often] I just don't eat anything.
