What do you want in a man?

I am doing some research for a new book and I am enquiring to what women are really looking for in a relationship with a man in today's world. Are you looking for equality? ie do you want him to help around the house, do you want him to share the tasks, do you want him to share the childcare. Do you want to go out and work or do would you rather stay at home and take on the traditional roles of a wife/partner and mother and let your man go out and provide for you. Are you fed up with having to be the financial provider, homemaker etc or do you love all that and enjoy the balance. What is it you would really choose to have in todays world if money was not an issue? Your thoughts, feelings and ideas would be most welcome. thanks
