yes, and i love it! when i was younger, i'd only use AIM cause i thought that nothing else compared. but since ive been travelling a lot the past few years, ive met people who have never even heard of AIM and only use MSN, so ive started to use MSN even more. now its the only thing i log into and occasionally AIM when i miss my friends from back home. its so nice cause you can do video conversations too and actually see the people you are talking to! i think AIM has the same feature but its never really worked for me before. MSN is much more convenient. the only thing i dont like about it is that there are only a few options for away messages but that's okay.
