I'm far from traditional and my wedding is going to be outside this summer and I don't want the tradtional here comes the bride business. I want a nice song for my walk down the isle. Any suggestions, what have been your songs for walking down the isle?

Check out "The Journey" by Angela Zhang. It goes like "Cause it's a long, long journey, 'til I find my way home with you." Or maybe "After All" by Peter Cetera and Cher. "Plan on Forever" is also a good song. Others include "At the Beginning" (Soundtrack of Anastasia), "A Moment Like This" and "Because You Loved Me."

Hey there! I suggest "The Promise" by Martin Nievera. It's a very beautiful song. It's a promise of love to and never saying goodbye. I really love that song. If I would get married with my girlfriend that would be my choice. Here it is: "The Promise" Say goodbye When I can barely say goodnight If I can hardly take my eyes from yours How far can I go? Walk away The thought would never cross my mind I couldn't turn my back on Spring or Fall Your smile least of all When I say always I mean forever I trust tomorrow as much as today I am not afraid to say I love you But I promise you I'll never say goodbye We're dancers On a crowded floor while other dancers leave from song to song Our music goes on On and on And if I never leave your arms I really would have traveled everywhere For my world is there When I say always I mean forever I trust tomorrow as much today I am not afraid to say I love you And I promise you I'll never say goodbye

There is a song called "There is Love" which is a wedding song. It's sung by Peter, Paul and Mary I think. It's an oldie, but it's a classic song that says pretty much everything. It's probably slow enough for you to walk down the aisle but not quite as stuffy as the Bridal March is.

I have always liked the song "The Power of Love" by Celine Dion or "When you Say Nothing at all" by Alison Kraus. Another good one would be "Feels So Right!" by Alabama. Contgratulations on your upcoming neptuals! There are so many good ones out there, but these three get my vote.
