Try adding a spoon of natural honey to hot tea.
That's what changed my opinion of hot tea.

PREVIOUSLY YES - but already a year ago I changed to homemade ginger coffee for at least 3 liters everyday. I boiled the sliced fresh young raw ginger for 10 minutes and make use the ginger water to prepare my coffee. Sugar added 6 spoonful. The boiled sliced ginger I eat it like vegetable, it taste no longer "hot" but just like nice spicy. Yes, I agree for your saying about the benefits of ginger.

I have boiled the fresh ginger and made a drink out of that in the past. The ginger tea that comes allready in the bag seems to have a much stronger flavor.

I used to take a glass of honey ginger whenever stomach full of wind. Found out very useful when it was forced out so quickly and make me feel confortable again. I heard of ginger contain the chemical known as zenexin, is it correct. And it's capable in reducing pain in arthritic patients. Once my friend told me that she ever took some ginger boiled to soup then drink it together with the raw part, this make her cured from Pile.

I saw the Yogi brand in the store. I ended up getting another brand not sure of its name. I liked it pretty good with a strong flavor.

I drink ginger tea every day. Its very healthy, i dont buy ginger tea, but i smash dry ginger and put that in the tea when i prepare, its very tasty and also very good for health. I suggest you to cut few ginger pieces and smash them and put in the tea mixture when you prepare tea, that is more good then the ginger flavored tea powder which you get outside.

Ginger tea has a spicy, invigorating taste and is used as a home remedy for indigestion, nausea, and to ward off colds, flu, and sore throats.Ginger is a popular addition to energy drinks, with good reason. You can get the energy and health benefits of ginger tea without purchasing these expensive and sugar laden drinks. You can purchase fresh ginger root in most supermarkets now. While the cost per pound is not very expensive, you do not need anywhere near a pound. I frequently purchase a small knob and use it fresh.Try a cup today.
