Hello twist! In my hometown, my parents own a house. I live there for 18 years. But I don't live there now. I am living in the city with my siblings who are studying in college we are only renting here. We went home during vacation in our hometown.
It's still different when you live with your house than renting..

I am not living in a house that I own. I do not pay rent. I fix the meals, and clean the house where I live with my Mother. Someday, I will live in the house that we own.

I am living in an own house but i'd say my dad owns it and not me because i m not earning anything right now...I love this new house of ours ..All of us have different rooms and its gives me great space..This neighborhood is very friendly and i've made buddies..SO its always better to own a house than live on rent..

We rent where we live now. We moved her about 18 months ago, because we needed to get something bigger for our family and other reasons. We had all intentions of this just being something to have until we could buy again, but so far it's not happened that way. Maybe one day!

I live with my parents eversince. Never rented or had dorm. I think it'll be a little hard for me to live on my own, cause me and my family are really tight. Well I think it'll be hard for me to adjust when I move out.. For now I am happy living with my parents.. And no complaints from my parents.

My fiance and I were planning on buying our own house, and we went around looking at a lot of different houses. We wanted to a find a house in the countryside, and we didn't have a lot of money, so we had to find a place that wasn't too expensive. It wasn't impossible to find a relatively cheap house, but they were all in a really bad condition, so we would have to spend a lot of money on renovating the house, before it was possible to live there. We ended up a renting a house instead. That is okay, we have found a nice place and we like living here especially because it is bigger than the apartment where we used to live.

Hi,twist.I'm very interested in your discussion, for the house is very important for many Chinese families. You know,China is a large country with a huge population. The average price of the house rises faster than the families income. So many people rent houses until they can afford to buy houses.

I am currently renting a 4 room apartment but what i did is to have the 3 other rooms for rent, so i basically have the place for free and my boarders paying for my rent. (so sweet of them) I have plans of buying a new house but as of the moment i'm still on the process of saving. Probably in two to three years time by God's grace, my family will be in a new house.
