Friday the 13th, good luck or bad, you tell us!

That's an interesting view on Friday the 13th, and you are probably VERY generous for returning the extra phone you got. I know a lot of people who would keep it and sell it to a pawn shop. To me, Friday the 13th is all in our heads (possibly this is because nothing bad has ever happened to me on this day, though). I feel like it's made for people with superstitions (and I'm not one of 'em). I have no particular feelings toward Friday the 13th.

I have never let Friday the 13th bother me too much, nothing really bad has happened to me. Which is just as well as we have had two so far this year. I have always considered Friday the 13th a kind of lucky day in my books as it was the date I meet my partner on. So you could call that lucky or unlucky I guess

I think Friday the 13th is only a myth. For whatever reason that it has been created, I have no idea....lol Moreover, I think people just need to be careful everyday so as to avoid accidents and stuff like that.

I've heard that there is a computer virus named friday 13th. It works only on that date.so Beware of friday 13th virus.

my triplets were born on friday the 13 and they only weighed 3 pounds .they are now 6 years old with no health problems i would say it has been lucky for me.

HI Sandy! this morning one user had come up with a post as if to scare 'today is yet again Friday 13". I knew something about this superstition that prevails on your side of the globe though no. 13 is globally known as an unlucky number. But interestingly like you all good things have happened to me either on 13 or on Friday. I was born on Friday and my son was born today on 13 march 2002. I read thereafter the origin and was shocked to know that on such day US itself lose 600 thousand million dollar in business as people are within the four walls. I felt wow we are too reasoned to be patted on that we have no such morbid fear like those there.

Hi, nice to know that its always been a day of good luck to you. For me, I consider Friday the 13th as the same as any other day of the week. I can't remember anything that brought me bad luck during this day. One thing I am sure, 13th of September is always a lucky day for me coz its my birthday.

Friday the 13th is neither good or bad for me. In fact, it was rather late when I realized that yesterday was the 13th (though I knew that there would be a Friday the 13th this month as there was last month). However, in junior high my then best friend turned 13 on Friday the 13th. Everyone got to pick on her about it. (Nothing happened though).

I think bad luck happens everyday its just that since this superstition exists people NOTICE the bad things more. There is no WRITTEN record of the friday the 13th superstition before 1869. However a lot of folklore and such is passed on via story and word of mouth. I heard this morning (never heard this before) that wearing black on friday the 13th is bad luck. Not sure why but thats what they were saying on the radio.

even though friday the 13th is usually associated with bad luck its always been a good day for me! never had any bad luck or anything so i just consider it another day

i have never had a unluckey friday the 13 i was acctualy born on friday the 13 in october i dont know why i just don get mutch bad luck

Well so far my day went out well no accidents no bad incidents but more on a good day for me I even enjoyed it so much. I dont believe on bad luck that much and I think its only our superstitious belief about this friday the 13th.

I chose to get married on friday the 13th. for me it was a happy day. i have no regrets!

I've always thought of Friday the 13th as a lucky day. My grandma has always considered it her lucky number and day because her birthday is Feb. 13th. Plus, I've never noticed anything particularly bad happen on that day for me.

Today was full of good and bad luck for me. I'm going through some serious financial difficulties. I'm about to be evicted for non payment of rent, stupid economy and no jobs. I have been talking to the finance company where I lease my van from and was hoping they would help me out of this mess. I had to go up to see them, I thought they were going to give me a loan to help me pay off some bills and my rent but they flat out refused. However, they re-arranged my payments for the van, I have another 3 weeks to come up with my next payment, which is a good thing since I don't have the funds to pay the next one next week. The guy who deals with the repairs I need on the van drove my van off without telling me why, and I started worrying about where he had gone. When my husband pointed out that he was across the street at the gas station, I realized that he filled up my gas tank for free. He paid about $40 to do this. I was shocked when I found out he'd done this. Now I can get around without worrying that I don't have enough gas to get where I have to go. Now I have to hope that the distress sale I have tomorrow will actually bring in some money that we need to pay some bills.

Friday the 13th has never been a bad luck day for me that I can remember. Today was pretty good considering all I hasd to do! I managed to get through my day without any major setbacks or problems, nothing went horribly wrong, and the things that did seem to go wrong a little were no where near as bad as they could have been!

I don't understand why the day Friday has been associated as bad and why 13 or 17 is considered unlucky. Although I did have a few bad experiences on 2 or 3 of the Friday the 13th. But I think its pure coincidence.

Luck is a state of mind. If you believe something bad will happen...it does. Friday 13th has always been lucky for me, I have many other days that have not been as good.

yesterday was Friday 13, i had one interview with hp. i cleared 3 round yesterday. today 14 Saturday, i had attend last round hr interview. but i didn't get selection. so what do you think, 13th friday or 14 saturday is bad day hehehehehe in the same time one candidates selected what do you think about it?

my lucky day is friday every week because when it is come means that I could have a beautiful hoiliday weak up late and have a great meal everything is not important expect experience the whole day do everthing you want to do .best wish for everyone !
