Which Console is the Better one XBox 360 or PS3 ??

I have always wondered which one is the better of the two. ne has to agree the PS3 has a better motherboard where as Xbox360 has a fragile one and breaks often leading to Ring of Death. Microsoft has no solution to it except immediate replacement on the day of complaint(thats impressive). But apart from this from a gamer's point of view which one is the better and WHY?

I have to go with the 360s. Yes, the PS3 does have a better motherboard, but...360 has price, performance, visuals, developing speed, selection and online support above and beyond what the PS3 offers. Besides, even with the PS3s technically superior CPUs, the games don't take advantage of them. The Xbox games do. GPU has more power to it, too. And I think the fact that for dual release games, it's pretty much the PS3 getting ports of the Xbox games, says something right there.
Let's not even get into the crap Sony is pulling on developers.
