Dogs clothing?

I love it . . . my lil doggies have quite a few outfits. They LOVE it. When I come home fromthe store, they jump all over the place until I put their clothes on them. They really do love it!

My aunt put a sweater on her dog when they go outside or a car ride. She is araid that the do will get cold. But she does not do it any other time but the winter. So she does not do it to make her dog look cute, but just to keep it warm. But I guess it could be worse. Her dog is so happywhen she gets in the house and that sweater comes off.

I agree, I think that is so ridiculous!

My dog is little and gets cold very easy and wont go outside in the snow or even rain sometimes so i put a sweater on him .. i think it looks super cute but it helps with the cold seasons

yeah, i dont understand it either. i seen some of them at walmart. my dog was so skinny and didnt have much hair so whenever it was winter and freezing out, we always put her doggie coat on. but never 'real' clothing.

I feel embarressed for the poor dogs.

I think the point is to make the people feel good. I don't think the dogs like wearing the clothes. I think they would rather go all "natural".

Thank you! I hate when people dress their dogs up, esp. for Halloween. I saw this picture of a kitten dressed up like a frog and it was horrible, the cat looked terrified! Watch "Anchorman" and the cat fashion show and see how happy those cats look, poor babies. :(

eheh yes its soo pointless. I just have an cape when we are on rainny days because he can be ill. but to be preety? OMG theres nothing preety on that. :)

Lmao, I never undstood dog clothings or any kind of pets. If you want to dress something up I'd say buy a doll to play with, Its all the rage in Japan for adults! You can choose skin, hair colour eyes, and alsorts! Not 4 me thou!! xx

I also agree, think it makes the poor things look dumb. And I always laugh when you can obviously tell the dog looks upset or embarassed lol. I think the point is that a lot of people consider them their babies or children, and take it to the wayyyy extreme.
