Would you rather travel by plane or train?

plane, plane, plane. i did the train once and it was the worst trip of my life. amtrak. it broke down about 6 times, was running late, i had my eldely mother with me and if hadn't been the fact we were going to see my son graduate boot camp i would have gone home. train rides are the devils way to ruin holidays!

for short distance, i prefer train otherwise no train

it depends on how far im going. and how much money ihave. i rather fly to Florida. but if im going to like, NYC, i cant. i take the train. or to Massachusetts. We drive but if i could i would take a train. cars are too cramped to be sitting in them for 5 hours.

Well, it depends. If I am traveling in vacation, or for fun, I probably would like to now the places and people closer, with no hurry. If it is a safe country, train would be the best way. But if it's a dangerous place, or it is business, plain would be my first choice.

I love to travel by train because you get to see the places you're passing through. The problem is that the trains in some countires is so expensive and it's cheaper these days to fly.

half the fun of ur travel depends on the crowd that you are travelling with and the route that you are following .. it can totally vary from time to time and place to place whether i wud want to travel by train or plane .. thinking from a traveller's point of view

I would prefer to travel by train bcoz its one of the safest mode of transport.........

i guess that depends on where i am going... :-) i don't mind either...

I rather travel by plane... Is fast and confortable...

it is depend on the priority,if we need fast so we use plane but is not in hurry so we use train cause of the tickets is cheaper than plane and also we can see the beautifull sight .

I'd rather travel by train for several reasons: 1. A train can be more private and cozy than a plane. If you're on a train that has private cars, you can be in your own compartment. Even though airplanes have 1st class, you still have to sit in a space with other people around you. 2. If there is an emergency, it'd be a lot easier to jump out of the train than the plane That's the main reason I'm wary about traveling by airplanes. 3. Although a plane would get me to my destination faster than a train, I'd rather be able to look out the window at the scenery going by than out the plane window and see just clouds. I think the clouds would be cool to look at for 5 minutes, but after that, I'd be bored. 4. Train tickets are (generally) cheaper than plane tickets.
