I have had a bad experience with mylot back in February. I was looking forward to receiving payment on or before the 15th February. One week before payments were due to be paid my original account was set to inactive. I never received my payment.
When the original account was set to inactive, I contacted mylot. I heard nothing. Next day I started this one. I ended up contacting mylot again with the request if my original account was set to inactive through no fault of my own, if they still can pay the pending amount in the next lot of payments which has just been paid.
Within 24 hours, my original account was reactivated, but the ability to post was disabled. That was to avoid cheating.
I opened up my emails only an hour ago and found that I had an email saying I had received funds. The funds were from mylot.
Now I want to thank all the staff at mylot for helping me out. I acknowledge that you have been so busy with so many account being set to inactive. Some of them were even my friends on here as well. I want to say to the staff, well done for your efforts. I do appreciate everything the staff have done for me.

This is another fantastic testimonial that myLot is fair towards its users. There are so many complaints here regularly and so few who take the time to praise them when things get sorted out. Good work chookie!

Hi chookie, it is really nice to know that mylot has helped you out. But what i would like to know is Why did your original account become inactive. What was the reason? i am asking because someone or the other might face a similar situation and it is good to know why this happens?
I have had absolutely no problems at all with either with my account or with the members here on mylot, it has been Happy mylotting all the way

I would be only guessing here but the site had a bug in it which set my account to inactive. I could not log in. Many others had the same problem as well.
I just hope that the bug does not come back again.

I am login for every day, so can't set this for inactive account tough,.how long unlogin can makes us being called "inactive"?

Definately was not wasted. The staff deserve to be recognised for what they do. This site is a fantastic site and some times, we tend to forget about those who work behind the scenes to give us mylot.

Mylot is one of my favourite websites aswell!
It's great that the mylot staff are making this site better and better, and yet they still have the time to fix many members accounts with the problems they may have. Just to show how dedicated, and worthwhile mylot really is!

thank friend for sharing your bad experience in here.First time i read your post .i think it like CIAO that delete my account 3 days before i got the payment.But thank god it very difference.The staff is really help you friend.And maybe i will really glad in here with their service to us.

mylot is my first favourite online paying site as well and they never cheat on me... i had been here for almost three years now and i never been dissapointed here... the staffs here are very helpful and accomodating to all our problems and they always pay us on time as well... i highly recommended everybody who wants to do online earning here... take care and have a nice day...

Mylot is the best online earning site for me. It is the highest earning site that I have. I am so lucky to be here on mylot. When the old account was set to inactive, I did feel cheated. The timing could not have been at the worse time. Just 1 week out from making payments.
If it happened after, I would have said, oh well, I will just start all over again without saying a word. If mylot was up for an award for something, I would certainly vote for this site.

well, even my earlier account was set inactive..i tried contacting them but all in vain..so now me on the other...
that really sounds good as u got ur own fund back..atleast they replied to ur query..it shows someone out there is for helping us..

That is what I couldn't understand. My account was set to inactive and I was thinking but hang on, I was active on the site.
I understand if a person does not use their account for some time, then the account is set to inactive.
But all is now good. I got paid. And mylot staff really does deserve this discussion.

Congrats on your perseverance on the matter. I'm finding MyLot is one of the better sites on the net for paid posting. I love the freedom of how many posts you can make and not be set to any amount of posts. The topics are so many that I have a hard time choosing..lol

I have not experienced any other sites simular to mylot. After what they have done for me, I will question would another site to something like what mylot has done.
I would hate it if they did have a limit on the number of posts. Then some thing comes up really interesting when I have reached the limit. That would be so annoying.
I am just so happy with mylot and its staff.

Mylot is a wonderful site to visit. To be able to communicate with the world and that we can learn about different things. There are so many people out there with different opinions. When I have asked for help or advise, I like to hear from all different cultures.
I could have left mylot after what had happen but because they have helped me so much, that is why I am back. Mylot didn't give up on me so I am not going to give up on them.

What you had share was very inspiring and we are delighted to know that we can rely and count on with mylot. Though there are times when we got little problems with mylot but good to know that they are there ready to listen and help with our problems. Though I don't have experience any problem from mylot but your story is very inspiring with other members whom experiencing the same problem.

what you say is so true. I was even inspired by another member who had the same problem and they got their account back. I wasn't worried about my old account. All I wanted was to see if I could receive my pending payment.
I just hope that you don't have a problem like this. At least the staff is now aware of the problem that happened and hope that they found the cause of it and to prevent it from happening again if possible.
I am just really happy with what mylot has done for me and other members who had this same problem.

Well it is very good on the part of mylot staff that they took up your complaint and sorted out the matter as soon as possible.

They are very supportive. Some times they may not answer but they do hear us, that is for sure. If it wasn't for all those people behind the scenes of mylot, we wouldn't have mylot here today.

Well I am glad to see that the problem was fixed. Hopefully that doesn't happen again. I haven't had any problems with mylot yet and I hope I don't. I have already reached payout once before but I failed to reach payout last month, I am trying really hard to get it this month but so far I am still a ways away. I hope that you continue posting here on mylot and I look forward to reading some of your discussions. Happy mylotting.

I hope that this doesn't happen again. I don't want to see other members go through it. I don't want to see mylot staff go through this again. I think to myself, how many people got angry over what had happened. These poor people would have got alot of emails regarding the problem, and with what I have seen, I don't believe it was their fault. I see it as a bug of some sort.
I will be continuing to post on mylot. They helped me. They brought back my confidence in them. I am happy to give them a positive rating.

So far I don't have any major issues at all, just like yours but I can testify that they would act in your request when you give them time to do so. There are so many task on their hands and because of the bulk, I believe, there are times that they are overwhelmed with what needs to be done. I really hope that this does not happen again. I could not imagine how big of a job it is to maintain this site but I can say that the staff do a fantastic job. They are kept very busy.

Very glad you got your payment and the staff at mylot was open to hearing your side. Some places wouldn't take the time to do so.

They were very open of hearing my side. They investgated and found that the fault was not my doing. I really do appreciate all that the staff members do for us members. They work really hard. And they are still working really hard by trying to help us with new things.
