practice it! like with anything else, practice makes perfect. are there opportunities for you to be involved with english speaking people? don't let yourself feel intimidated, people are more understanding than you might think. you are trying to better your use of the language and people will understand that. read as much as you can. maybe get a book on tape and listen and follow along with it? you write pretty well, good luck to you.

Just by speaking with natives is not enough. If you want to have a real upgrade, a good way is to find topics to your interest, and write articles of certain length, say, 400 words and with concrete contents. You can surf on internet to get raw materials, but you have to restructure them and use your own language. By regular practice, you are sure to make good progress. You can find good topics on websites like helium.com, which is a live textbook for english language.

To improve one's ability to speak certain languages which is not native to him, takes time, but with some familiar and easy techniques, fast learning can be done. English is the major language used mostly around the world like in commerce, business transactions, education, diplomacy, etc. To learn it well you need to read english books which interest you, or some newspapers written in english. Don't just read them, instead read them out loud.reading outloud will train your tongue to pronounce the words well. Do this everyday and you will have avocabulary of english terms in due time with the ability to pronounce these words exactly as they should be spoken. Watch also english programs or news, these will help you hear the exact way of pronouncing the words that you find it hard to speak. It will stimulate your brain to register those sounds. You can try also some english language practice tests, like IELTS. In here it gives you some practice test on vocabulary, listening and writing exams. Writing english stories or poems can help too, this will enable you to compose a well organize thought using english words. Lastly, be patient, learning english takes time. if you have mistakes in speaking it, no worry that happens, just practice and do the steps I mentioned.

You need to practice it with someone. There was a fried of mine, she was from estonia, she got used to english by chatting with me . I mean she studied to learn english so wanted to practice to get perfect.
Try to find someone to practice talking with. That will help a lot.
Have a nice day

I think you should start reading newspaper and plus you should watch some english movies or for the beginning if you find it difficult to catch their tone then you can start watching english news channels that will help you to know the exact pronounciation......

I work in a call center and the primary language we use is English. What I was taught in our trainings is to converse as often as possible in the English language, listen to English music, read english books aloud, and watch English movies. And that immersion will surely help you improve your conversational capability. dont be shy if you get some words mispronounced or your grammar a little offshoot. But be mindful of those mistakes because it will make you have that conscious effort to refrain from doing the same mistake again.
