Do you have any loans?

Hi, just wondering if anyone here has any loans, whether it be secured or un-secured loans? I have always been brought up in a way in which i would never take a loan out, my mum and dad brought me up in the way that if you can't afford it, then you can't have it. I just seems that there are millions upon millions of people out their suffering with really bad debt, i really don't know how people can get into huge amounts of debts as high as i've saw, apart from if they gamble and have gambled it all away.
