This was in the newspaper about a 17 year old boy who was stabbed to death when he the boy is reported to have forced his way into a home. What are your views on the punishment for this?

marc1874 I totally agree with you both on this one. The guy should not be punished for protecting what is rightfully his own property. Being put in a state of alarm means you do anything to get yourself out of that state and i beleive this is what the guy was doing.

marc1874 See learning another language hasn't interested me. The main reason for this is I don't see me living anywhere where i would have to learn another language anyway, therefore would be quite pointless.
