AROMATHERAPY BATH SHAMPOO
Very cheap as its cost only like a bottle of 750ml hair shampoo but it is a special for bath aromatherapy. Just drop it in the bathtub and enjoy in it for about 30 minutes, finally, got the real refreshment. I always choose for lavender type of aromatherapy bath shampoo. I like much lavender scent.

I always take a hot bath, or i go for a walk, or i pick up a good book and start reading, it helps to take my mind off what is bothering me for a while anyway. I have found that taking a walk helps keep me stress free and it is also good for a lot of other things to. I have also learned not to let things get me down anymore, it is just not worth it to worry about things that you have no control over.

I meditate every day - I practice zazen, which is a form of Zen meditation where I still the mind of all thoughts. The body then becomes very still and a calmness ensues. However, this doesn't happen right away and needs to be practised regularly, to learn the procedure. Some people are very quick on picking it up, others a little slower.
I teach this to my clients and with commitment it makes a big change in the way they view life, and puts them into a more accepting frame of mind, which can then be filled with positive thoughts and ideas. There is an explanation link on my profile page. - Derek

I have to read good books and watch movies to relieve stress. Sometimes I go out with my close friends and eat good foods and do shopping to combat anxiety and stress, This technique somehow is very effective and stress just go away, but then if I am under pressure at work, stress started to resurface.

I usually take some time out for myself if I am feeling stressed and do something I enjoy. It could be something simple such as reading a good book or watching a favourite movie, anything once it takes my mind off of things.
I do find the best stress reliver for me is taking my dogs out for a long walk in the park and having a bit of fun with them.

Taking a hot bath is a good idea; I used to take them daily but stopped cause Momma has to pay the bill and she asked that we just take showers; So I cut it to once a week now. Other ways are listening to your Ipod, reading something good, taking a walk, a cup of peppermint or chamomile tea with honey.

I think, the best thing to do is avoiding to be stressed instead of learning how to relieve one. What I usually do to avoid unnecessary stress is to plan wisely for the day. That way, I usually end my day happy for what I have accomplished so far.
When things don't go well and I feel stress building up, a little stretching after work will do me good. Physical activity will take my mind away from work matters for a while and burns out excess physical energy which will bring balance back to the body. A good bath will complete my tress relieving process.

to reduce stress, i will take a hot bath and then before bedtime i will just write all my worries in a notebook, while drinking hot glass of milk. It makes me calm down and have a good night sleep.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

I would say that a nice relaxing warm bubble bath reduces stress. I also like to go for a walk or get to the gym for a little exercise and a little time away from home.
